Terms of Service
Last updated: July 4, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Griffin Stream app and the Griffin Stream Windows server (together, “the software”). By installing or using the software, you agree to these terms.
What Griffin Stream is
Griffin Stream lets you remotely control a Windows PC that you own and operate from your Android device. The software connects your device directly to your own server. There is no account, no cloud relay, and no service operated on your behalf by the developer.
Your responsibilities
- You may only connect to computers you own or are authorized to control.
- You are responsible for securing your own PC, network, and pairing credentials.
- You must comply with all applicable laws when using the software.
Free software, no warranty
The software is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use the software at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or hardware, arising from your use of or inability to use the software.
Changes
The software and these terms may be updated over time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
