Terms of Service
Last updated: August 8, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Griffin Stream Android app and the Griffin Stream Windows server (together, “the software”), and any optional paid Pro license. By installing or using the software, you agree to these terms.
What Griffin Stream is
Griffin Stream lets you remotely control a Windows PC that you own and operate from your Android device. The software connects your device directly to your own server. There is no Griffin Stream account and no cloud relay operated on your behalf for the remote session.
Free app and optional Pro license
The Android app and the base Windows server are available at no charge. Griffin Stream Pro is an optional one-time paid license for the Windows server that unlocks higher-quality streaming features. Pro is purchased on griffinstream.app, not as an in-app purchase on Google Play.
Checkout and payment for Pro are processed by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record. Their terms and privacy policy apply to the payment transaction. License keys are delivered by email after a successful purchase and must be activated in the Windows server dashboard. Each key may be activated on a limited number of PCs as stated at purchase.
Paid licenses are generally non-transferable except as needed to move between your own PCs within the activation limit. Refunds, where available, are handled through Dodo Payments / your payment provider according to their policies; contact [email protected] for help.
Your responsibilities
- You may only connect to computers you own or are authorized to control.
- You are responsible for securing your own PC, network, and pairing credentials.
- You must comply with all applicable laws when using the software.
- You may not share, resell, or publicly redistribute Pro license keys.
No warranty
The software (including free and Pro features) is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use the software at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or hardware, arising from your use of or inability to use the software.
Changes
The software and these terms may be updated over time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
